• Remaining balance must be paid upon delivery.

• Shipping charges are calculated per order and disclosed during checkout or inquiry.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not completed as agreed.

3. Custom & Life-Size Orders

• All custom orders and life-size figures are made to specification and are non-refundable once production begins.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate details for custom designs.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines depend on order size, complexity, and destination.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon shipment.

5. Intellectual Property

• All statues, designs, and artwork created by A2Z Workshop remain our intellectual property.

• Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or sell designs without explicit permission.

6. Liability

• A2Z Workshop is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products.

• We are committed to delivering quality products, but limited liability applies for shipping delays or unforeseen issues.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

• Once production starts, cancellation or refund is not available, except for defective or damaged products as per our Refund Policy.

8. Privacy

• Customer information is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

• Any disputes arising from orders or services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
