Custom Orders: Refunds are not available for custom or life-size statues once production has begun.

Standard Statues: Refunds or exchanges are considered only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
2. Reporting Issues

Customers must report any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide photographs and a detailed description of the issue to help us assess the situation.
3. Resolution

If a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged during shipping, we will offer:

In rare cases, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the extent of the damage.
