At A2Z Workshop, we aim to make your collectible or custom statue experience smooth and transparent. Here’s how to place an order:

1. Inquiry & Consultation
Contact us with your desired statue or custom figure. Provide details such as character, scale, and any special customization requests. Our team will guide you and provide a detailed quote.

2. Advance Payment
To initiate production, a partial advance payment is required. This confirms your order and allows our artists to begin sculpting and designing your statue.

3. Production & Updates
Once your order is confirmed, our skilled team begins crafting your statue with meticulous attention to detail. We may share progress updates and images for your approval if requested.

4. Final Payment & Delivery
The remaining balance is paid at the time of delivery. We ensure your statue is securely packaged for shipment or pickup. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and disclosed before delivery.

5. Satisfaction Guaranteed
Every piece is hand-painted and carefully assembled to meet our high standards. We are committed to delivering a collectible you’ll cherish.
